Fresh Mint

I am always grateful and thankful to find a vegan spot - anywhere. That said, this one could use a little bit of help in the area of customer service/appreciation.

We ordered a number of dishes such as Fried Rice, Chow Mein, Fresh Summer Rolls, Vegetarian Mongolian Beef, and Vegeterian Soy Chicken Drumsticks. For the most part, the portion sizes were the smallest I have ever seen. The Summer Roll was sliced into 1" thick pieces (when fully assembled would probably equal two). The drumsticks were sliced the same way so if reconfigured might equal two.

From there things went a further downhill when the Chow Mein was served. I would venture to think that virtually all Chow Mein is served without it sitting in soup....yes, soup. When the chief asked how the meal was I told him about the Chow Mein Soup mix and the poor taste. His response was, "that's how we serve it here". Really!!! Really!!! If the menu or waiter had indicated how it was prepared then I would have no qualms but when you reinvent a universally accepted dish and don't notify unsuspecting patrons......well.
