        If no stars were an option, I would choose that. Where do I start with this horribly dishonest company? I understand mistakes happen, but clearly Scotts Valley Transmission and Auto care never learned the phrase, "Honesty is the best policy". It is obvious to me now, that their policy is to deny blame, distract and mislead the customer... all the while taking your hard earned money. The transmission service they did to our car drastically worsened our transmission's minor issue into full blown dysfunction. If you're looking to turn your working vehicle into an undriveable mess, look no further. What made this whole experience have a vomit aftertaste, was the fact that they refused to admit they did anything wrong and offer up preposterous excuses for their shoddy work. Do yourself and your vehicle a favor and take it anywhere but Scotts Valley Transmission and Auto care.
