        Fantastic service!!!



        My appointment was at the end of the day. After diagnosing my vehicles’ problem as a worn out front passenger bearing / hub assembly Jay showed me the parts. Worn out was an understatement. You couldn’t even turn the bearing by hand –thus explaining the whining noise I was hearing as the hub assembly was forced to turn as I drove down the road.



        Despite being the last customer of the day Jay knew I wouldn’t make my hour drive home if the hub assembly wasn’t changed right then, even though this meant Jay and one of his mechanics would need to stay late. Oh yes, I haven’t mentioned yet we found out my vehicle requires a special hub assembly making the repair a little more complicated, which also added to the repair time. Neither Jay or his mechanic hesitated to make the repair happen. I authorized the repair, the hub assembly was ordered locally, it arrived fast and the repair was made. While I waited I even curbed my appetite with some tasty popcorn made there that afternoon.



        I have been using Jay’s Auto Repair for many years now. From the Service Manager at the counter to the mechanics, to Jay himself –you are always greeted with a warm hello, walked thru any needed repairs and always treated with respect and made to feel like family. If you work or live locally they’ll even drive you there and pick you up if you can’t wait until the repair work is done. Whether you’re male or female, I highly recommend Jay’s Auto Repair.
