Physical Therapy
Sandra is the owner of Sandra J. Wells, PT, PC. She graduated from Hope College in Holland, Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology in 1978 and then from Northwestern University in Chicago with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1981. Sandy was employed five years in the Physical Therapy Department of Ellis Hospital; in 1985 Sandy opened her own private practice. Since then, Sandy has specialized in manual physical therapy and has extensive experience treating all types of orthopedic problems.
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy is most effective when combined with exercises and patient education. Exercises will be given to compliment the treatment received and the exercises will be monitored. The more effort you put into the exercises, the faster you will feel better, and the quicker you will recover. (This is truly a joint adventure!)
