We hired K & S when we were in dire need of a new roof. We had ice jamming under the shingles and water leaking in our house through our bay window. I cannot say enough about the quality and workmanship of this company. The customer service was excellent!!! Our new roof is not only beautiful but we now no longer need to worry about water raining from our bay window! Being extremely happy with the roof, we also hired K & S to replace our soffits and fascia. Again the workmanship, quality and customer service were excellent! The pricing also was very competitive. The crew worked diligently and finished promptly. The cleanup was as if they had never been there! When the time came to replace our original windows, we immediately called K & S. I would not trust any other company with this important project. Steve & Katie worked with us to choose the appropriate windows for our house and were very helpful with choosing the type of windows that we wanted. Again we were not disappointed one bit! The excellent quality of the windows is perfect and the exterior and interior trim work is absolute beautiful!!! Steve and Katie would check with us during the work process to make sure we were satisfied with everything and if there were any changes. K & S is an absolutely great company to work with and when we need to replace our siding, you can be sure we will hire them! They not only offer great products, but there quality, workmanship, pricing and customer service is excellent! I would not trust anyone else to work on our home. I have referred them to many family members and friends and I will continue to refer them.

5 years ago we spent 100K with K&S to do a new roof, new hardy board siding, and all new doors and windows.
Nothing they did was installed correctly. They did not flash the skylights and told me we must have left a skylight open when it leaked into our living room. When I got up on the roof we found they did not flash the skylights at all. The $6000 front door was really a $900 thermatrue door that was improperly installed and now is rotted out (the wood they put in is shot). The hardboard siding is literally falling off the house now. Its been 5 years and nothing they did was correct. I will try to post pictures of the bad work below. NEVER NEVER NEVER hire these poeple.
