Lux Hair Studio

I did not have a good experience at all. After sitting three hours to get my hair ombred, the stylist didnt even get anywhere near what i asked for. I wanted purple ombre but what i got was a color close to my natural color with a greyish look. Nothing near the photo i brought in. I recieved no hand massage. Nor did i get a head massage while my hair was being cleaned. I originally wanted a haircut as well but after seeing how long it took to poorly dye my hair I changed my mind. After being really disappointed and the stylist admitted she didnt do my hair right, I still had to pay. Overall it was a very poor experience.

I've been going to LUX hair studio since Francine opened her doors. When I walk in I'm asked if I would like a drink and am handed a sensory ritual card. I always get the complimentary Hand massage. Then I'm taken back to the sink and given the best head message I've ever had, On top off all the great service I receive. I also get a awesome haircut. Thanks to the team at LUX for keeping me so tamed.
