Turtle Beach Grill

We live near by and heard the singer after walking the beach and decided to have a drink and listen the singer. At one point we couldn't find our waitress for 10-15 minutes. We were looking to order another round of drinks and some food. When we ordered a second drink for Happy hour the manager said we were 10 minutes too late and wouldn't honor the Happy hour price. The waitress said it was only a difference of 25 cents? If so, what kind of break is that for a Happy hour and secondly, the manager wouldn't spring for the 25 cents. So something didn't add up with that statement. The chicken Cesar wrap had too much dressing in it and just about poured out of the wrap. My wife's tuna tasted like liquid milk. They did say is was frozen and not fresh but it still shouldn't have been that bad.
