POP Yachts

13/5 No aparecieron mas, me estafaron. Me vendieron un barco diciendo que estaba en perfecto estado y no funciona. un desastre, no recomiendo confiar en POP YATCHS es una empresa que estafa a sus clientes.


Me llamaron para ver si podía cambiar la calificación, es de locos !!!
tengan cuidado es probable que los perjudiquen, no es una empresa creíble ante el primer inconveniente dejan de lado la responsabilidad y todos los valores que resaltan.

Sigo esperando una respuesta, siguen pasando los días y sigo con mi barco recién comprando sin poder usarlo, se encuentra fuera del agua esperando que solucionen los inconvenientes generados por la entrega del barco con un motor lleno de agua. Según PopYatchs el barco estaba en perfectas condiciones para disfrutar en familia.
Tengo vacaciones y no puedo usar el barca ya que vino con un motor muy deteriorado, no obtuve ninguna solución, por favor que alguien de la empresa vea este caso y reviertan la situación.
Confié en la empresa y me perjudicaron

We bought a 33' Center Console from Pop Yachts. We were told we could not view the boat before posting a 10% deposit. We paid the fee and scheduled a survey based on the list THEY provided. NONE of the surveyors listed were in business anymore. I called them to ask for a more recent list since this boat was located - literally- in the middle of 'nowhere.' They had none. SAMS and NAMS had no one close to the vessel either.



We drove up there (11 hour drive) to view the boat and it was a total disaster. TOTAL fraud. The seller had made several "fixes" to make the boat appear seaworthy. The broker from POP was on hand also and made simple statements during our examination like, "Oh, that's no big deal." "You smell gas. I don't smell gas." It was a twin outboard boat and one of the motors was seized. FROZEN solid. ALL of this for a boat that was advertised as "Fish Ready" "Buy today, go fishing tomorrow."



We lost all our money on this deal ($ 5,400)

I can only say good things about POP Yachts. Rick Lawson spent months trying to find the perfect boat for my business (which he did). He took care of me after the sale as well. Great company, great employees. I will be using Rick Lawson and POP yachts to purchase my next boat....

Excellent company to work with. Don was almost always available and when he wasn't he returned my calls immediately. Everyone involved with the process was extremely nice, prompt, and professional. Nothing was done without my approval first. Weekly email reports kept me well informed of what was going on and how many times the boat was viewed. I will definitely be using POP Yachts to purchase my next vessel.
