Nail Design

We do not recommend this salon. An elderly friend of mine went to Hair and Nails Design Salon at the Palmer Ranch Plaza to have a haircut. She asked if they do perms. The technician said yes and he proceeded to perm her hair. He did a horrible job to her hair. This lady almost got sick from the chemicals used and it was splattered on her face, clothes and ears. Her hair was completely straight and unattractive the following day, resulting in a headache due to the chemicals. She came back after 14 days to ask for her money back, and he refused to return her $80. I telephoned to ask for the name of the manager or owner and the fellow who answered, said he did not know their names and he has been working there for only two days.
