About a month ago, our cameras decided to die on us in our home and more specifically in our disabled son's room. After contacting Dehart Alarm Systems, they came out right away and installed cameras throughout the house and outside the property making our home into a fortress!! The installers were professional and although dripping with sweat from working outside and up in our hot attic, were smiling and super friendly! Not one complaint. After everything was done, they patiently worked with us to show us how to operate the system. We are truly grateful at how such a great system brings peace and security to our family! Will definitely recommend such an efficient, experienced company!

Be careful...regardless of your contract time, selling your house is not a reason for a refund. Sure you can cancel and they can no longer monitor your home because the phone line is off, because, well, you sold you home...so they keep your money but don't do anything for it. If you want to start unethical business the security business may be the right place. Money for doing nothing, great concept! Again this is because I sold the home, not because I wanted to change alarm companies...I DON'T own the home any more what is to monitor from my perspective?

I have been a customer since 1989 and just upgraded my system. I have always been impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the entire staff. Whenever I call them I feel like a friend not just a customer. AAAAAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++++ company.

Recently used this company for an alarm install. The service was great and we could are very happy with both the service and the results. Having a local company as well as a local call center was important to our decision. We would highly recommend Dehart for any alarm system or monitoring.
