Barnacle Bill’s

Just returned from there, will never go back again. Besides the food being of poor quality my meal was not thoroughly cooked. I ate a few bites and sent it back. They offered half off my bill. When I told the hostess that is not acceptablle for I ate less than 10% of the meal, she said that is all they will do. I asked to speak to the owner and he REFUSED to come talk to us. He told this poor hostess to tell us to pay the bill and leave or he will call the police. First time there, last time there

This place was very good! Our waitress was awesome! For a family of 5 we paid 117. Well worth it!

Once a week we eat at Barnacle Bill's year round. Being seafood lovers we have enjoyed the Crab Cake, Shrimp Dinner, Seafood Strudel, and Stuffed Shrimp over and over. They have an extensive menu that ranges from the seafood and fish to liver and onions. But we prefer the above and have never had a bad meal. The wait staff is extremely professional; always ready to make your meal an enjoyable one. There is also plenty of parking.

The menu has enough items to choose from to satisfy any customer. The Fried Calamari was juicy, tender & fried to perfection and the Marinara Sauce accompanied nicely. The Crabmeat Stuffed Mushrooms are excellent. The Award Winning Crabcake was good but a little dry. The Steamed Mussels as well as the Steamed Clams were both very tender & delicious. I enjoyed the Sesame Crusted Salmon Salad and ordered a side of Saffron Mushroom Risotto which was also very tasty. The first time I had ordered the Seafood Strudel as a half dinner and should have ordered it as a whole dinner because it was that good. The second time that I had ordered the Seafood Strudel, I ordered it as a whole dinner and was a little dissappointed with the strudel as it had too much parmasean cheese, but I don't think that will prevent me frm trying it again because it was so good the first time. The Grouper Gaspar Dinner is exceptional. The Grouper Sandwich and the Grouper Fingers were both tender, juicy & melted in your mouth. All of the dinner portions as well as the Grouper plates had a satisfying amount of food which really didn't leave room for dessert. This restaurant has exceptional food at a reasonable price. I can't wait to try all of the items on the menu. I have recommended this restaurant to others and will continue to do so. A+++++
