Mountain View Villas

I would rate this as a negative 5 stars if possible. The owner and management staff have no interest in treating the tenants with compassion, decently or fairly. Seems the only interest the owner has is how much money he can make.

My 27 year old daughter and 2 friends rented a 3 bedroom apartment on a 6 month lease. At the end of the 6 month lease, management went month to month rent. After a few months, a 30 day notice to vacate. When confronting management asking why, they were told they did not need a reason to serve a 30 day notice refusing to answer. We are assuming the owner wants to receive $500-$600 more per month as that is what comparable apartments rent for. Rental market has sky rocketed. The girls are mortified being served a 30 day notice. They are all three hard working, respectable and responsible people. The experience dealing with the management of these apartments has been horrible!!



I highly suggest anyone looking for apartments to stay away from these.
