UPS Customer Center

UPS SantaFe NM. 2-6-20 waited all day kept getting different schedule updates for delivery end of day. Never showed up. Now the tracking number is giving me. Friday end of day. I called the main office on Camino location and the guy assured me the truck was delivering end of day Thursday. I told him their service is awful and I had to wait all day. Their service is total c... I will call again Friday morning. Sick of their crappy service.

The past two deliveries have been left out at the end of my driveway. I only know they are there because I've left my house in my car. Two boxes were left under a tree and todays was put in the fence at the entrance. Why aren't the packages left at my door anymore? I have a long driveway and it would be very easy for someone to simply pick up the boxes and I would never know they have been delivered. I chose to have things shipped UPS because they are delivered to my door. Is this the driver's choice or a new very upsetting way of making deliveries?

I've had a couple of pick ups scheduled in the last couple of weeks but the driver does not come to our office to pick up the packages. I'm thinking our regular driver is on vacation as this happens whenever he is off. The most frustrating part is that I have to call a 1-800 number and can't talk to anyone locally.

Missed rcvng Fri, Dec 19 delivery, so waited for next avail delivery date of Mon, Dec 22, betw 10:30-2:00PM. At 2:15, called the phone # identified for 2541 Camino Ortiz, Santa Fe, NM 87507 UPS Customer Center, requesting today's approx. delivery time or location of my pkgs, so I could determine when I could start on a 4 hr, 300 mi trip w/o missing the 2nd delivery attempt. Got someone in freaking Central America who was barely understandable, such a heavy accent. VERY frustrating!!! I'll be using our US Post Office services from now on!!!! I hope to never have to use UPS again! I HAD to rate this business a one (1) star, because I couldn't send if I didn't rate something. In actuality, I rate this business a "0".....no stars. At least now I can hit send and it'll go.............

Always forgetting to deliver packages. This is the 3rd time my package was "missed" in their distribution center. They list it "out for delivery" starting at 7am and then at 7 pm they say it will be another 3 days! This is the worst service! Of course they do not take calls or even pretend to be helpful. substandard service.
