Super Computer LLC

I took my 4 years old computer for repair. I repit 3 times that first he has to call me and tell me how much will cost to fix it, so I can decide if is worth it to pay it or not...well he didn't.. He called to say computer is fix , he charged $220 !!!!!!! This man is a dishonest person, I feel betrayed and really upset that I have to pay this amount for an old laptop and this man,the owner, is a dishonest person. Do not take your computer there. He rip me off and he will do it to you.

Hard to figure out why these guys get low ratings on Yelp.com. In talking to friends, Super Computer was recommended to me to fix a problem waking up my laptop (just a little bit of panic attack in that I had time-sensitive agreements I needed access to), took it in and Chris immediately went in, found it had a corrupt sleep file, got it up and running, handed it back and said no charge. I thought, wow, nice guy! The sleep file was only a little part of my on-going, and getting worse situation with my laptop, so I wanted to get it back into good shape. So once I had some time, I took it to them on a late Friday afternoon, got it back on Tues am. I know they spent a lot of time with it, but they made sure they kept the charges to a minimum.



My computer is running like new. These guys are knowledgeable, easy to talk to and I'm glad I used them. They explained exactly what had gone wrong and what they did to fix it. Made sure I'd have no problem logging back on and resetting my password. I'll be highly recommending them too.

This is without a doubt nothing even close to second place the worst business I have ever dealt with. I got two computers from them, and neither one worked. I called up my credit card company and reversed the charge. I do confess that I forgot to return the computer before the charge hit the store's account and as son as it did I returned the computer immediately. The owner of the store is friends with the a COP. The cop showed up in my neighborhood and threatened to ARREST ME!! The owner of the store LIED TO THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY, and told them I did not return the computer. When I took him to court HE LIED AGAIN. I ended up spending $ 700 with this "business" and did not have a single thing to show for it. Actually I ended up spending more like $ 1500 because I had to by ANOTHER computer. STAY AWAY!!!
