Tri County Towing and Transport

My interaction with this company was deceitful and extremely stressful. My friends vehicle was towed an hour within parking in my complex lot. I am borrowing the vehicle while he is way for 20 days for work and forgot to put my guest permit in the vehicle, which I am completely responsible for and cannot believe I forgot. But 1 hour later when I went back out to put the permit in my car, it was already gone. This tow company's owner told me what I could do to get the $300 fee waived. When I did everything he told me to do to get thing rectified he said that he will still be charging me regardless. On top of that he will not release the car to me, understandable because I am not the owner, however he is making my friend (who is not in cell contact) jump through ridiculous hoops to release the car to me. Furthermore he will continue to charge $80 per day that it takes for the owner to get the documents necessary to release the vehicle. Needless to say....highway robbery.
