Mission Skilled Nursing & Subacute Center

One of the residents here is a family member of mine. I have noticed that the management has been quite unorganized and unable to provide the needs for their staff and patients.



From my observation, I noticed that one of the new management women rudely shouting out to one of the maintenance men about "If he has a problem" with her and "I see you giving me the look" out in the hall way.



I do not feel comfortable on how this health facility has been running as of late. Also, I can't tell you how consistently nurses have been leaving due to the harassment I see them receiving due to the lack of training and assistance from the team. For a few months now, I have seen the management team hire and then fire the nurses consistently.



I also heard from a few nurses that since the management has changed, the facility has not been up to par mainly due to the lack of compassion and empathy the management has for the staff. I highly recommend that you guys get it together and this reaches all the management team. You need to work with and understand how to lead a team, create a happy/friendly environment and a place where people are comfortable.

They yell at the their patients, threaten them, and make you scared to sleep. They also let people in pain lay there for hours suffering before giving them help, only because patient's family shows up and raises their voices to get help for the patient.
