The place was nice the staff where a bit dry. This was my very first time in a shop and it sure is my very first purchase to vape. The staff where not detailed. I was treated like if I have known everything for years. Almost made me look stupid, even though it is my fault for not doing a bit more research on product and pricing. However, that is why you go to an "expert". Also, I purchased everything I needed to find out everything was over priced. Seriously!! How I know? I went to another shop to find the same items. If this is the best shop in the world, you need to get out more. As far as batteries go, stick with major branded it will save you a ton of headache. (Batteries are over priced too)

This is the best place to purchase your e cig the guys there know there stuff and are willing to help you choose and find the right unit for you. They have over 200 flavors I mean really who has that I have not seen no other store around that looks like vapor and co or that knows as much as the guys there. I wouldn't shop anywhere else I recommend this place to everybody. If you need anything to do with e cig they can help. Also the prices are great they let you try whatever you want which is awesome I can't say anything negative about this place and I am a very picky and hard to please type of person but I love going in vapor and co they never let me down and I always leave happy. Thank You vapor and co you guys are the best

I started vaping almost a year ago and I got my first e cig from a mall and found out pretty quick that my e cig was junk I stumbled into vapor and co and the employees were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to get me back vaping with quality equipment that day they gained a customer for life. I do all my shopping with vapor and co and have always had a better than expected experience getting all my vaping needs

I have been purchasing my vaping supplies from Vapor and co for the last year. I have had nothing but good experiences, even when I mess something up they take care of me and treat me with the utmost respect. I go to all 3 local locations and love them all. I wont shop anywhere else!!!! I highly recommend going to Vapor and Co for all your vaping needs.

I have read the reviews on here and cant believe someone had a bad experience. I have been a customer now for over a year and have had no problems. I have had issues like anyone would but they have taken care of everyone of them.... sometimes when it was my fault too. Well I want to say I wont be going anywhere but Vaporandco.com. I haven't smoked a traditional cigarette in 22 months.

I would never spend another dime at this place. The people are anti-social and act like they hate their job. I purchased a new battery for my cigarette 1 month ago which caught on fire the first time I charged it. It left a brown burnt mark on my counter. I returned the battery and they where a little stubborn about returning it despite the fact I was not asking them to repair my counter. After this exchange my battery stopped working 3 weeks later and they would not replace it again. The owner stated "I already replaced it once and I'm not replacing it again". Well here is your sign! If something breaks twice in a month it's probably not a good product. You should look into that. So the long of the short... I plan to take my money else where along with the 20 or so friends I referred to Vapor and Co.

IT'S NOT THERE PROBLEM TO REPLACE EVERYTHING FOR PEOPLE THAT DON'T TAKE CARE OF THERE THINGS AND TRY TO THROW IT ON THIS GREAT COMPANY WHEN THEY ARE NOT THE ONES MAKING THE PRODUCT THEY JUST SELL IT THEY DON'T KNOW IT'S DEFECTIVE TILL YOU TRY IT. I OWN A COMPANY AND KNOW FOR A FACT YOU CAN'T MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY SOME PEOPLE JUST EXPECT TO EXCHANGE THINGS OR RETURN THEM AFTER BEING ABUSED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYBODY AND WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THESE PEOPLE KNOW THERE PRODUCT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEING EXCELLENT EVERYTIME ME OR ANY OF MY FRIENDS HAVE GONE INTO THE STORE. VAPOR AND CO IS GREAT

I shop here and absolutely love it. The personnel are extremely helpful and I enjoy the products. I smoked for 54 years & haven't smoked since I purchased my E juice. Everyone needs to try it.

i was excited to purchase my vapor cig.. until we went through 2 vapor tanks and one battery and a charger. the product is not holding to what they preach. "Fully charged will last 2 days" NO, not even a month in and let it full drain to recharge, the battery held for one day for 2 weeks then wont even last one tank full and battery wont hold. Not happy.

Next, i bought 4 tanks, 2 are broken and they wont exchange it. Malfunction of product, we baby these things and always carry around our neck. not happy. i would not have a problem but they keep refusing to refund or exchange, Exchange! come on. this is America, what ever! they lost my business. we spent an estimated over $150 in parts and cant even begin on the cost of fluid.

I LOVE this place! I have been to several other E-cig places and this one is my favorite, I literally drive a half hour just to go to this one, when there is one maybe a few minutes up the road. They always have everything I need, wicks, coils, liquids, etc. And always have them in the right size, I go to other places and they never have the size wicks I use. I've always been helped with friendly faces. They have a place in the Sanford Flea Market which is where I originally bought mine, however, they also have a store in Sanford and the store is very nice too! Huge displays, and a huge selection of flavors to choose from and test, probably the biggest selection I've seen in any e-cig place and I like their prices better than anywhere else. I've never had a bad experience with them and will continue to be a loyal customer!

This place is absolutely awful as far as customer service goes. I'd rather go to any of the other e cig places but this one. I'd go as far as driving 20 min out of my way just to avoid this shop. The customer service is horrible. They refuse to do any kind of refund or exchange for something as simple as a battery and one that was bought within the last 24 hours. They won't be in business very long with this lack of customer service. Worst shop ever. Take the time and go some place else!

Poor products. They talked me into buying this 65$ kit and it has been worse than my twenty dollar one. They do not honor a warranty and always blame it on the customer. Absolutely the worst ecig store I've done business with. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I love my e cigs! I have found this store to be the absolute best! Trust me, I have visited them all. There is no comparison when it comes to excellence in service, availability of any product you can dream of, courtesy of staff and high quality free samplings of the wide selection of e liquids... Every place else I have been either does not have products available, or you cannot sample the flavors because they "can't afford" to keep their wicks clean or some other lame excuse as to why you cannot get a real taste of the liquid. This is the only place to go; whether you are new to the world of vaping or have a bit of experience! Go there now!!!
