Gary Parker serial number 37454 does not deserve any money grants, he is putting this police station at risk of losing money because of his unprofessional. I ain't the least bit interested in his partner that was with him, i dont even want to know his partners name. You all care to know why? Because his partner on 01/27/2016 at approx 10 p.m. was a superb example of professionalism. He didn't talk so much, he was quiet. Very business like. This supposed to be police officer Gary Parker put 20 mph on a ticket. He racial profiles drivers. Gary Parker serial # 37454, towed my car. His reason was, "I just dont know about this car
