High parts prices, high labor cost - Cost as high as a dealer service department. I was charged almost $400 for a repair that should have been around $150. The car was in there and I needed it back right away, so I paid it, I was quoted $375 over the phone for another small repair a few months later that I got done at a another shop near by for $200. He will cheerfully quote you a very high price. Will never go back.
