        Overall

        Love living here for the past Seven years. A warm inviting place that is well maintained and clean. Grandon is a great place to call home. Daily activities and close to shopping,banking,bus lines,etc.

        If your looking for a great place to live look no further..go on in and tAlk to our wonderful manager and make Grandon your home.

        I have been living at Grandon Village for several years now and the maintance and up keep is a five star rating not like other 55+ properties that won't go that extra mile to keep the apperance up. Our new management is striving to make it one of the best and safest properties to live at. I love all the activity that are new activity director has to offer such as: Bingo, Movies, holiday parties, knitting scarfs for the homeless and so on. our neighbors are like family and try to help each other and sometimes pray together...Our new management even takes time to talk to you and trys to work out thing that can be for the betterment. I can not think of a better and safe place to live at. Grandon Village in San Marcos, IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE AT......
