We are currently unable to obtain privileges to care for SCCIPA HMO patients. Presently, as we were informed by SCCIPA, there is not enough patient demand for another General Surgeon. If you are a SCCIPA HMO patient and would like to receive our services or receive our consultation in Vietnamese, please request for us with your primary care doctor.
Family Practice
With the transition, however, all PMG-managed, Premiere Care-managed, and MediCal-managed patients (Santa Clara Family Health) will be asked to seek the help of their primary care doctor to select a new General Surgeon to follow them. Please contact us if you choose to have your electronic medical records printed for future follow-ups.

His decision to pursue the discipline of General Surgery arose naturally from growing-up in a close-knit family. Becoming a doctor meant being able to care for his mother, father, family, and friends. Becoming a General Surgeon maximized multiple facets of patient care without becoming narrowly focused on one system of the body. The care that Dr. Tranduc provides to his patients is an extension of the care that he provides to his family.

Dr. Tranduc attended Farnham Elementary School, Ida Price Middle School, and Cupertino High School. He obtained his bachelors degree at UC Davis in Biochemistry with a minor emphasis in Studio Arts, and was awarded an academic scholarship to attend the Medical College of Virginia where he earned his M.D./ Ph.D. At the University of Florida in Jacksonville, he finalized his Surgery internship and residency training, and completed a mini fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery at University of California, San Francisco.
