I went in for a root canal and all went well except i had to go in twice to finish the work because they needed to have a compatent person come finish the work than thay bill my ins %80 of cost than they billed me %50 of the cost when i should of only payed the %20. They tryed to pull a fast one on me but luckily my ins sent me a overview and i was able to see they over charged me $400

The dentist who doesn't communicate with her paitents

She either didn’t have the skill to diagnose a simple tooth or gum problem or just didn’t want to do what she was paid for; for a little infection she referred me to an Endodontic for a possible root canal on a very healthy tooth. I paid for an exam, x-ray and cleaning but all I got is cleaning and while her helper was doing the polishing the dentist was already left the building; she didn’t have the time to check my gum and go through the x-ray with me. She wrote a large list of problems with huge $ amount (most of them were wrong diagnosis and unnecessary work) and gave it to the front desk before she left, on a top of that her office secretary Lainie Mangano wanted to sell me a $6.99 Periodex for $15 and when I asked for a prescription instead, my request was denied later by phone.

I went to another dentist that he can talk to me directly and I didn’t have to sell the farm to fix my teeth, nor I needed an Endodontic or deep clearing.
