Have been trying to access gradebook and attendance for the past 2 days. And nothing! Have inconvenienced the TECH people in my school district and come to find out the customer service people are not responsive just like their website. It would have been nice to receive some notice the learnboost.com was going out of business. I would have exported my grades and attendance. You made my life more complicated today.

I have been trying to access my gradebook for several days and cannot because the server won't respond. Glad I have decided to switch to another online gradebook that functions better even though I do have to pay. It is worth not having this headache constantly.

Trying to enter grades and the server keeps saying it is down. As a teacher, we don't need extra stress. Very disappointed!

Do not waste your time on this system. Their servers are almost always down! It is so frustrating to repeatedly waste thirty seconds to see if the servers are up.

I loved the app until the server(?) went down again today and there was no way to communicate as to what the problem was and when it would be resolved. I have not had access to my grades for the entire day which is a problem. This has happened before.

App was great, until it went down. End of the school year and I can't enter grades. Like a teacher needs more stress. Company has not attempted any form of communication to it's users during this problem. No emails, no social media updates. Unreliable is not an attribute a teacher needs when selecting products to use for the classroom.
