She studied at Devachan in NYC and has trained under both Lorraine Massey and Denis DaSilva, Co-founders of DevaCurl. She is the first Deva certified stylist is Northern California. She is also certified by the elite international group, Curly Hair Artistry. In 2014, she was interviewed and filmed on NaturallyCurly.com giving a DevaCut. She was also published in the renown trade magazine, Modern Salon, for her usage of Deva products.
