I cant say enough on how great our experience has been with the sales and service departments. My husband and I purchased a used class A motor coach. We did several walk-through's before leaving the lot and they address every one of our concerns. They installed a new faucet and microwave and did some cosmetic nip and tucks here and there. I was concerned about buying such a large unit with so many details and buttons, lol. I video taped the entire walk-through so if we found ourselves in a pinch we could go back through the video. Funny thing is that when something came up our first instinct was to call the service department to ask questions. Every time they knew exactly what we were talking about and walked us through the steps over the phone to fix what we couldn't figure out how to operate. A year and a half later we have come back for little fixes and they have gone out of their way to help us including putting together an insurance quote and helping us with the insurance inspector for a hail storm we got caught in that really took a toll on the coach and destroyed our awnings and other things. We highly recommend RV Solutions to everyone we meet and fully intend to come back for our next unit.
