First, I have been a commercial real estate broker and investor since 1973; CCIM Designee since 1978; President of San Diego CCIM Chapter in 1988; SDAR Professional Standards Committee Member 1989-1992. I practice Single Agency Brokerage exclusively. In other words, I do not try to represent a buyer and a Seller in the same transaction. Second, I have been a licensed attorney since 1983. During the past 20 years as an attorney, I have developed substantial experience in real estate transactional work, as well as in the resolution of real estate disputes through negotiation, Mediation and Arbitration.
