        SOFTWARE DOESN'T DO WHAT IT CLAIMS TO DO. THEN - CUSTOMER SERVICE BLEW ME OFF WITHOUT RESPONDING

        Company claims their software allows annonymous surfing but it doesn't. I chat room I had been to previously banned me and then when I installed Anonymizer software - chat room was still able to tell who I was. Software was installed properly as I had their techs help me install it. They were non-responsive to my inquiries as to why their software doesn't work. Stay away from this company and do not purchase their anonymizer software.
