Great deals and custom work done with the highest of quality. They know what they are doing and are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Amazing selection and are true to their word. I was able to upgrade my gold earring to high quality diamonds. I also was able to buy my mom her birthday gift from here as well and she loved it. I purchased jewelry from River Center location and had a horrible experence. I returned a pair of gold earrings and was told I could not trade for diamond, that the trade is gold for gold. They dont have that in writing nor did they tell me when I made my purchase. I lost sleep over this transaction. The 10k, 1/2 ct ring that I had to return because a diamond was missing. which was overpriced. I didnt realize the initial price until I did some research. I will never purchsse there again. I am stuck with a 1500.00 bill, paying for something I am not happy with.
