        Do yourself a favor and do not sign a lease here at Sierra Royale. Many plumbing issues, bath tub backed up with water and black pieces of sh*t; same problems with sink in bathroom, clogged up.
        Potholes all over the property, one big one with standing water in it. Perimeter wooden fence whole sections are no longer there. New management took over 5/24/16; it has been horrible! This month I received 3 different statements with 3 different amounts that I owed, really??? Then they left a notice on my door stating I would be charged late charges and or be evicted.
        Mattresses, furniture left on the side of the 3 dumpsters on the property. Please drive around and look closely and talk to any of the tenants that are left here, they will all tell you the same thing. Currently about 50-75% of the apartments are empty, so that speaks for itself. If I can help just 1 person this review will be worth it.

        The worst place ever to live. The complex has very bad plumbing issues and the units are not energy efficient. Do not move here unless you want a high electric bill every month especially summer and winter. Management does not consider this when they set rent prices.

        Horrible!!! Countertops are painted on, appliances old & raise your electric bill, tub surfaces peel/dangerous. The property is covered with fleas. The pool is finally nice but, neighbors don't have proper control of their screaming bloody murder kids and people who do not live here use the pool because the gates are not locked like most apartment pool. Better yet... Your neighbors have no common courtesy and have pool parties with upwards of 40 people from one apartment. The hot tub has NEVER WORKED. Residents do not clean up after their dogs & if you actually do you end up having a psycho from Bldg 1400 stalk, harass & terrorize you to the point of getting police involve. Maintenance is no existent as they only employ one person as that is all they have to by law. Neighbors blare their music, play drums etc & litter like their in a third world country. Need I go on & on because I can. Ohhhh yes! The neighbors barbecue & not only fill your apartment with smoke but, they also barbecue under their patios with flames reaching the ceiling. None of which affords a decent or easy sleep.

        Been a nightmare just for rhem to fix my air conditioning never gets below 85 degrees here in my townhome...every excuse change this change that to much freeon not enough freeon already had someone look at it outside maintenance it jacked up dont move here!
