        Overall

        HORRIBLE! I made an appointment, called to confirm and all was well. Made it to her office and it was closed. She failed to show up for our first appointment. No call for cancellation, just left us sitting there waiting. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Find someone else, we went to a counselor because we're in crisis, she compounded our pain by failing to show up.
