We are a HUD subsidized, gated community that provides housing for the elderly, age 62 and older, elderly handicapped and elderly disabled. Applicant's annual income must not exceed program limits of very low or extremely low. Applicants are also required to submit evidence of citizenship or eligible immigration status, as well as disclose Social Security numbers for all members of the family that will be living in the unit. Criminal and previous rental history will be checked for each family member that is 18 years of age and older.
