Joe and his staff helped repair my wife's engagement and wedding bands today. A stone on each had fallen out and he took great care of us and our bands, even polishing my band to shine like hers when we picked up the repairs...SAME DAY. Thank you Joe!

I had made purchases from this Jeweler when they were located on Marbach road and the owner who assisted customers was very helpful and always asked if he could clean the jewelry I was wearing which at that time was no additional cost. He was the reason I went back. This year 2012 I went to this family owned Jeweler to get a new watch adjusted and the young lady who assisted me had no customer service skills, and was not courteous. When I asked to have my ring cleaned she stated there was an additional charge (Advertisement states free cleaning). Few months later I called the location to inquire on services and a young lady who answered was very short, when asked her name she was hesitant to answer, and the information that I was provided was limited and rushed as if an inconvenience. This merchant lost my business because of this.

I'm very happy with this place. They fix a very expensive watch for me. I was told by other repair shops that it could not be fixed. They are very knowledgeable. I was particularly surprised at their free jewelry cleaning service. My ring was so shinny scratches were gone. I do recommend this place to all my friends.
