This is by far the worst place...

This is by far the worst place to live. I leased a unit here thinking it would be great to live in a high rise close to school. Boy was I wrong. The staff is snooty, the manager is unreasonable, and they are not willing to help you out what so ever. Don't be fooled by the superficial looks of this place. In reality, it was built in the 80's so it is very old, has mold, smells bad, the AC units don't seem to work, and everything is falling apart. If you ever go to see a unit there, just notice all the nitty gritty details and you will realize you can find a much better place for an even better price. Also, if you are looking to buy a unit here, please invest in something else. We were going to buy a 2br 2bth and thank god we didn't. The maintenance fee's will only increase because the building is so old, if you check the history of the unit selling price you will see that there is no appreciation. It is not worth it. Trust me.

I was lucky to have been able to get out of my lease and now I live in a brand new complex only 5 mins from school and I couldn't have asked for a better place.

Terrible experience as an RN with an MD boyfriend we thought living in the medical center would be great. Huge mistake.
The staff has a key & will enter as they wish.
We are often on call & on nights, the fire alarm goes off since its a highrise the ventilation is poor. It wakes us up at least once a week when ppl cook their meals. There is an intercom system in each unit; we are all for safety but this is to another extreme. If you forget your fob to get into the main door you have to wait until the guard is done w errands to get in or for a nice resident to let you in. Beautiful place. Would recommend as a first place for a teen or a retirement home but abdolutely not for working class MD:RN.
We happily relocated & havent slept more soundly:)
