        I had my girlfriend take her car in for front struts. They ordered the wrong ones. Had to leave car there; went next day to pickup the car and had to wait three more hours. Drove off and sounded like a bucket of bolts. Went back a second time; supposedly fixed; and come to find out broke one wheel stud off and two other wheel studs cross threaded.

        HORRIBLE. I went to get my oil...

        HORRIBLE. I went to get my oil changed on my BMW X5 3.0i, and they forgot 2 quarts!!! I drove all the way to Dallas and took it to the BMW dealership in order for them to check it over, and they told me that they left out two quarts. It's pathetic when you live in a small town and you can't even trust a mechanic place to do something as simple as change your oil correctly.
