LOL No, seriously, this place is great! It had soft and tasty steak, great loaded baked potatoes and awesome cheese cake. You'll love it for those reasons, and because they'll deliver to you hotel in less than 30 minutes. Yummy stuff! The only two things I could see that needed improvement were 1. they needed to bring you a little steak sauce; 2. the need to specify that the container of crumbs you receive with the loaded baked potato is actually bacon bits and not cookie crumbs for the cheese cake. Um, just so you know, strawberry cheese cake + bacon bits = Yuck. Otherwise, this place is just perfect!

Provided by SuperpagesI have been a customer there for 6 years now and have always had awesome service! the last order my tea was forgotten by the delivery driver. It was later brought to me with a free dessert! Yummy!!!!

They delivered my order to the wrong address (my home) even though I had made a point of telling them I was at work that day. I ended up cancelling my order because my lunch hour was over and I could not wait any longer. Even though my order took close to 1 1/2 hours to deliver they did not offer me any compensation or even apologize for their mistake.

Provided by SuperpagesWe ordered from Steak Express for a luncheon at work and we were missing our gallons of tea, one entire order, 7 baked potatoes, 2 other sides and 2 rolls. When we called the store they refused to deliver these items claiming we had not paid for them but the potatoes are supposed to come with the lunch specials which we HAD paid for according to the receipt. They hung up on my supervisor twice and refused to tell her the manager's name or put him on the phone. Our order was close to $300.00 and we were astonished at the rude behavior of Steak Express employee and could not believe their refusal to rectify the situation. I will never order from Steak Express again.
