Don’t post reviews often, but feel it’s important to share a bad experience. Took my Honda in for a timing belt and water pump replacement. I had brought the parts so the mechanic quoted $125.00. I thought that sounded fair so I agreed. He did mention that he needed a special tool that he didn’t have at the moment so it would have to wait till Thursday. Fair enough, Thursday came and went so did the next two Thursdays after that. Finally decided to check in and was told still waiting on the part but should be in soon. Waited another week and checked in again. This time the manager told me that the part they needed to perform the maintenance was very expensive and that I should take my vehicle to the Firestone down the street. I told him that the mechanic said he was waiting on the part and asked if he could double check with him. So he took my info and said he’d look into it. Meanwhile I asked if I could “borrow” my keys to get something from the car. Went to unlock the door and of course it was unsecured in the parking lot by the street. Probably been that way since I had dropped it off. So I locked the door and gave them back the keys. Waited a couple more weeks and not a word from the so called management or mechanic. Decided it was time to get back the car and take somewhere else… I suppose Firestone like the manager suggested. Got my keys from the office and found that my car had been sitting so long that the battery was dead and one of the front tires had gone flat. One more “F” you from the folks at this EXXON. These people just do not care. Take my advice and go somewhere else. Firestone must love these idiots.
