        Overall

        I have used the Shipping Point for many years and have always been more than satisfied with their service. You pay for what you get and I have no complaints about paying for everything they have done for me over the years.

        Upset!

        Very unhappy with response service to damage delivery. I requested information on filing a claim on a damaged box received. It has been 2-1/2 months and 3 faxes and still no phone call or response to what I am to do since the box was shipped out by them. Very bad service. They were good about there high price for shipping this box but very very poor service after that.
