Logan's Roadhouse

My wife ordered a blackberry tea. They brought out a sweet tea instead with no explanation. They were out of a 9oz filet steak and replaced it with a 6oz. Then when it came it was over cooked. I ordered it medium and it was well done. My wife's steak, a rib eye, looked as though someone had chewed on it before putting on the plate. It was under cooked. She ordered it medium and it was raw and unseasoned. This after being told by the wait person that they could only cook it medium or warmer. Then her baked sweet potato was not cooked it was still hard in the middle. My wife and I like Logan's just not the one in San Angelo Texas.
