Korona Formal Wear

I rented 10 tuxedos from this place and all of them had something wrong with it. One was the wrong size jacket, one the pants were 3 inches to long. All of them were missing at least 4 buttons. Not to mention the price that they cahrged for the crappy service. I had to postpone the wedding for 1 hr to get the tuxedos fixed by the wedding cordinator. The jacket that was wrong, we took back, and the manager was very rude about replacing their mistake. Alsothey lost on of the ties for the goomsmen. I returned the tuxedo on Monday and asked to talk to the manager. The assistant was very nice and took my number since the owner, nor mnager was there. I waited for several days for her to call back and no call. I called again at the end of the week and still no call back. I called again on the following monday and was told by the assistant that she had given the manager the message, but that she did not want to call me back. I had also called to set up an appointment to get one of my bridemaids dresses altered. The lady that answered was very rude. She had stated that she did not want to alter any more dresses and that she was tired of even looking at the dresses that were brought in. So that if I wanted to have the dress altered that I neede to take it somewhere else or call her ack in a month and then maybe she would do it. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy for anything. The owner is very rude and unprofessional.
