Hawkins Battery & Golf

After looking in the Midland area for a used golf cart, I was told by a friend to visit San Angelo and stop by Hawkins Battery and Golf Cars. In short, I bought a one year newer cart, added lights, complete cover with opening doors (not roll ups), wheels tires and a speed chip and saved over $800.00 rather than buying the basic cart in Midland. The people at Hawkins are great and they want your business. My advise.....visit Hawkins in San Angelo before you buy your golf cart from anyone else. It is well worth your time!!!!

Bought a used, refurbished EZ-Go. Told them of a brake problem but being new to golf carts trusted their advice that it just takes a lot of oomph to use the brake and that almost standing on the pedal to lock the brakes was normal. I discovered from another owner that it is not right so I repaired it myself. Front light fitting was broken and dealer said that I must have broken it. It was obviously broken during installation but of course I was forced to pay. I would not advise anybody that is not more competent to check out a golf cart to go elsewhere. You couldn't do any worse.
