        the office told me they would accept my dental insurance, after my appointment they refused it and sent me a bill. They then told me they had resolved the issue with the insurance, so I went for another appointment a few weeks later, they again sent a bill and said they didn't take the insurance. Dr. Chitsey is a great guy and his hygienist was great, but the billing department is incompetent.
