Big Lots

I am a regular big lots customer,have been for years. I have shopped at big lots in every town I visit. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Not once but twice. The management is unfair and show favertisim to their friends and family. I was shopping for furniture and was ignored for over a hour while the assist manager helped her family. I stood there and watched the whole time. I went in another time and the signs were up with an advertised price,and management took it down and would not honor the price that they missed labeled. Too bad, they did it wrong. It wasn't even that much of a difference. It was more the principle of the matter. I will never shop at the San Angelo big lots. I will go to midland and Odessa. Customer service is amazing there and friendly staff. Prices are clearly marked and honored. I go to midland / Odessa often. They will always have my business.
