We won't be returning, and we would recommend that people avoid it at all costs.



The good: the sushi is good quality and reasonably priced, as are the noodle soups (ramen, udon).



The bad: the management is horrible, which translates into a horrible customer experience whether eating in or picking up takeout



Tonight we ordered about $40 of sushi & requested no sauce be drizzled over the sushi, repeating it to make sure it was written down. Picked it up & saw there was sauce on both rolls. The cashier pointed out the error (“no sauce” written on the ticket) to the owner (who also makes the sushi). Rather than offering a light apology & an offer to quickly remake it, I got a blank stare as if they were waiting for me to say “it's okay, I'll take it like this”. The owner told the cashier that he'd remake it & it was clear from his tone that he thought this was asking too much. With no admission of error & no apology, I asked the staff if they were going to do anything for the inconvenience of having to wait for another 10-15 minutes while he remade the order. What I got was a shouted response of “I said I remake!” When the food was ready to take home, he set it down at the table without even an acknowledgment. On the way out, I said loudly that it was a shame that the food & the main wait staff was so great, but his customer service was so horrible & he said “no, it's YOU.” And to top it off, he said “then you don't come back.”



Trust us… we won't!!
