I hired Mr Oxendine in my separation/child support case. He made a promise to try them as separate cases but didn't. He made grievous errors in the legal document (I was to get custody of my son but I was to pay child support, and other errors,) He allowed my, then husband to lie on a legal document, and go over a year before paying a cent of child support. He delayed court dates and didn't notify me so I missed days of work unnecessarily. During the division of marital assets he neglected to ask for anything I requested and allowed my ex to get joint custody when my ex hadn't bother to see our son in a year. This attorney took my money and provided poor business practices.
