Tancy's Tailoring

I have to be honest - my personal experience with this particular tailor has been less than desirable. I had to not only make several trips but also pay extra costs on top of the original estimate to get it to the condition that I desired it to be (in fact, it never got altered to a condition that was desirable but I was just tired, and just paid what they asked for, so that I could take my clothes elsewhere). They are willing to work with your deadlines, but also at a cost. When you point out something you're dissatisfied with, they are quick to point out that there has NEVER been a complaint (insinuating that you are in the wrong for even pointing anything out). I've never had such unfriendly service before and it's a wonder how they are still in business - when the job they do is not that great, charge as much as they do, and they are quite unfriendly on top of all of that. All in all, I'd recommend that you try other tailors in the area before you have to go here. But, that's just my personal opinion.

Tancy's Tailoring has always fulfilled my needs and recommend it to everyone in need of these services. She did extensive alterations to my wedding dress, and was so professional and comforting even through my "bridezilla" moments. I was so pleased with the outcome and I received several compliments. Tancy is a truly talented professional and I look forward to working with her again.



Apart from my wedding, she has done several alterations for my mother and sister. We have been repeat customers for years!
