Actually I wanted a job at this unlike others who doesn't keep their jobs once hired. I made it through the interview, saw the video and did my plant walk through but to my devastating surprise I wasn't on the list of selected candidates. I can't get any answered questions from the staffing company and was told that I couldn't reapply. Yet prior I was told that Faurecia was looking for serious people who wanted and could work according to their demands. I feel that no one wanted that job more than I out of my group...and I was the only female. A question was asked of me during my walk through about my current profession and I answered it honestly, yet I feel that I wasn't selected because of that question and that certain managers assumptions of what I should be doing. When in reality I want to be a Faurecia employee.

I worked at this place for six months and three other employees were hired in with me. I received no vacation days nor my 401K. Oh Yeah did I mention my co-workers got their vacation and 401k. On top of that I was sexually harassed by some 60 year geezer then he started stalking me, found him outside sitting in his car parked right next to my vehicle. All I wanted to do was work and be left alone. I tried changing shifts, I was blocked, I tried going to another department I was blocked. Do NOT waste your time! Work somewhere else.
