Eastern Tree Service

Initially I was very impressed--prompt and professional with the estimate...however, they did not complete all work satisfactorily and as agreed upon during the estimating process in writing and paid for. Even after I called and complained, and they agreed to come back and complete the work in a few days--they never completed the job. (Odd, since there was additonal tree work pending which would have come their way). The work which the crew did perform was quite good; unfortunately, their supervisor seems not to check on the job.
