Rich & Charlie's Italian Restaurant

This used to be one of our favorite places. The last 5 or so times we have been there the food is not as good as it once was and what makes it worse is the service. The sauces seem to be consistently watery, the chicken somehow dry, the salad full of browned lettuce and yet the prices keep rising. We keep giving it a shot since it used to be a favorite but the service is really a problem. Why are the servers sitting at a table with their drinks and their homework out next to the cash register? I feel like I am bothering them to yank them away from their cell phones to ask for a table. It's also not very pleasant to overhear the servers conversations through our entire meal about what they did that weekend, who they are currently dating, who is hot or not along with a slew of cursing. It is like that EVERY time we go in now.
