Green China

Worst service I have ever encountered with fast food. They screwed my order up and refused to fix it, only if I drove back can I get a refund. I already drove there once, they should deliver the correct order. I live too far away to go back because THEY made an error. The manager was nasty about the incident too. I could hear him yelling in his Chinese voice "no! Will not refund, will not deliver, you come here if you want fixed!" nasty attitude, that is not a good way to run a business. If you screw up, YOU fix it. Not the other way around! Unless you never get your order screwed up then I might eat here, otherwise I would avoid it at all cost. What really makes me upset is I corrected him when he didn't repay the correct order back. Get employees who know what the menu is! Such bad customer service. I was a loyal customer, spending hundreds over the last few years. Never again.

We have eaten at the restaurant for the past 7 years and the food used to be good all the time. Well last week we bought take out. I got the Cashew Chicken and after eating for a while I got a bite in my mouth that had a nail in it!! That's right a rusty old 2 inch nail!! My husband immediately called the manager and all he could say was he didn't have any nails. My husband did go get our money back but we got no apology or anything that resembled one. The nail was thru a piece of chicken so it had to have been put there on purpose. I hope I don't get sick from it!! We will never eat there again!

As of 12-20-2012, this place has gone WAY down hill. We just got our lunch and it is horrendous. Not the same place it was 4 years ago. The General Tso's chicken is slimy and the fried rice is burnt beyond tastefulness. When the orders came back to the office, the splitting of the orders was a train wreck. Rice was not with the chicken, wrong size Everyone's order was wrong. I absolutely will not be back to this establishment. There are a hundred different Chinese food joints that I can think of that are a million times better than this. DO NOT eat here!!!

The food was excellent and priced decently as well. Very good quality for the price and delicious as well.

The pork fried rice at Green China is the best I have had since moving to the St. Peters area. Made with bean sprouts - NOT peas and carrots! Wonderful stuff. Service was incredibly fast too.
