Dave's Guitar Instruction

I started taking lessons from Dave in September of this year, with plans of attending just one six-week class to establish a base I could build on. Now I’m in my third consecutive six-week class, and loving every minute of it. In just the first few weeks, I learned a basic process that enables me to play several songs. Dave’s method of teaching is amazing . . . . It is easy to follow along, the studio is fantastic and most importantly, every time I take a lesson I’m having fun. With Dave’s studio, you put on the headphones and plug in – so you only hear yourself and Dave, and not the other students. This makes it much less threatening, as I never have to worry about how I sound to others in the class. I have never played any musical instrument and can not read music. Despite this after a few short weeks I actually am beginning understand and play a guitar! This is done in a state of the art studio by a very enthusiastic and patient teacher with 25+ years of experience. His lessons ar fun and upbeat and I look forward to them each week. In a matter of weeks with Dave, I knew more about playing guitar than I did after taking almost a years worth of more traditional lessons. This is the way to go if you looking to take lessons. Dave has multiple guitars availble to use if you aren't able to bring in your own and everything you learn in class is then posted for you to practice online.

My daughter has been taking guitar lessons from Dave's Guitar Lessons, and it has been an amazing experience. The studio is so cool. iPads at each station, headphones so you can hear yourself playing the guitar and the teacher, and he has a big screen that shows you exactly what you should be doing step by step. If you've ever wanted to play guitar, don't wait any longer. Dave's Guitar Instruction is super easy due to his teaching style. You don't have to read music or know anything about a guitar. Just show up to class ready to learn. Dave has all the equipment for you. You'll be playing songs in a few weeks. All he ask of you is 10 minutes a day to practice. My sessions last 30-40 minutes due to my twins wanting more and more songs. Good family fun too. Give it a try!

Dave is a great guitar instructor! He is great at inspiring my teenage daughter to play. She walks around the house playing all the time. It might be because he uses contemporary music the the kids like. He is a great teacher and has a great rapport with the kids! I would highly recommend him!

I love taking lessons with Dave's Guitar Instruction! Dave's Guitar Instruction is awesome! I have made more progress in the last year with Dave than I have in any of my past attempts to learn the guitar. Dave's use of technology in his classroom and in the practice materials are unlike anything I had seen before.
